Get involved at A. B. Ellis Public School!

Students at A. B. Ellis have the opportunity to participate in Colour House events, athletics, the Arts, and academics.

Colour House events are spirit days planned, organized and run by Grade 7 & 8 student leaders. All students are divided into 4 Colour teams to compete for points based on friendly competitions and/or particpation in themed events.

In athletics, students compete in a variety of sporting events including cross-country running, volleyball, basketball, hockey, track and field, and soccer.

Students who enjoy the Arts have many opportunities to share their talents on the stage, through participation in contests, in class projects, music clubs, and as members of the 7/8 school band.

Pride in academics is demonstrated on a daily basis. Students have opportunities to showcase their talents in classroom Science Fairs and the Royal Canadian Legion Public Speaking Contest.
